Characteristics

It is a very special Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with unique aromas from the land of Puente Genil. It is smooth on the palate and slightly bitter and pungent. This Olive Oil is obtained from olives, mostly of the Hojiblanca variety, cultivated in a traditional way and made only by mechanical processes. With an acidity of 0.2, it makes it an extraordinary Oil.
