Shipping policy
Shipping is available for ordering olive oil to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and almost all European countries. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands. The full list of available European countries can be found in the country selector within the shipping address form at checkout. Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, and:
- Within 48–72 hours for mainland Spain.
- Within 7 working days for the Balearic Islands and Europe.
Free shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products, the total cart value, and the delivery destination. The shipping cost will not be displayed until the customer has selected a delivery address (by default, the primary address registered at sign-up or the last address used). In any case, the shipping cost will always be shown to the customer before payment is made, and no additional charges will be applied after an order has been placed.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, though they may be waived for certain products, geographic locations, or order amounts. In all cases, the applicable shipping costs will be clearly detailed throughout the checkout process, and the buyer will have the opportunity to review them before making any payment.
Mi Oliva Gourmet is not liable for delays in order delivery caused by circumstances beyond our direct control, including unforeseen events or force majeure. Orders will be delivered to the address freely designated by the customer. Mi Oliva Gourmet will not accept any liability where delivery fails due to inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the customer, or where delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside Mi Oliva Gourmet's control, such as the recipient being absent at the delivery address.
In the event of recipient absence, and wherever possible, a delivery notice will be left with the information needed to arrange a new delivery attempt or instructions for the recipient to collect the order from a designated location. If the order cannot be delivered within 7 days of the last delivery attempt, it will be returned to the sender and the contract will be considered cancelled.
