Refund policy

When you decide to buy olive oil from us, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty. To process a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition verified, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the customer.

In accordance with Article 102(d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of bottles that have been opened, given the rapid deterioration of the contents in such cases. However, if one container has been opened and a small amount has been sampled and the customer is not satisfied, the right of withdrawal may still be exercised as described in the paragraph above.

The buyer must express their intention to withdraw within the stated period and proceed with the return of the product. To do so, the User may send an email to info@miolivagourmet.com with the subject line "return of (purchased product)", including the following withdrawal form:

Once the returned products have been received and their condition confirmed, Mi Oliva Gourmet will refund the amounts paid within a maximum of 10 calendar days. Products that are no longer in their original packaging may be subject to a depreciation in value.
