Aunt Mercedes's Rabbit Recipe
Ingredients for our dish: – 1 rabbit – A splash of vinegar – 1 onion, 1 whole head of garlic – 1 glass of water, 3 bay leaves

Here's the method for this delicious dish.
- Start by soaking the rabbit in vinegar for 1 hour, then cut it into pieces and place it in a dish.
- Chop the onion and sauté everything together with olive oil until the onion softens.
- Roast the head of garlic and add it to the onion along with the rabbit.
- Pour in a glass of water, add the 3 bay leaves, and cook everything until tender.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
